When & Where is Southsea Fest?

Southsea Fest is on Saturday 1st October 2016

It takes place in multiple venues across Southsea.

Do I need a ticket for this event?

Yes-all festival-goers will require a ticket from an official ticket supplier.

Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yes, even though your event ticket has your name on you may give it to a friend to use in your place. ALL tickets have a UNIQUE barcode that is scanned upon entry to the festival. Once it has been scanned that barcode number will become void meaning the ticket cannot be re-used. Please be aware of touts and only purchase tickets from trusted sources.

How many tickets can I buy?

There is no limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase.

Where is my ticket?

If you purchased your ticket in an outlet – you already have your ticket. Keep it safe and bring it with you on the day. We cannot replace lost tickets.

If you purchased your ticket online – ALL ONLINE TICKETS ARE E-TICKETS.

The ticket will have been sent to the email address you bought it with. If for some reason this has been lost/deleted/did not arrive then please follow the instructions below:

If you can’t spot them in your inbox or junk folder, or have lost/deleted them then please go to www.seetickets.com/customerservice. Enter your details in the “forgotten your details” section located under the blue Twitter button. Make sure you use the email address you booked with.

Your order will then be resent to you via that email.

Yes, as stated at the time of booking you need to print your ticket and bring it to the event with you as you would any other normal ticket.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

We can’t guarantee tickets will be available on the day as the event may sell out. However if tickets are available they will be on sale at the wristband exchange point.

Will I need I.D?

Yes. This is an event for over 18s only.

You may be asked to show I.D at the wristband exchange, upon entrance to the venues and at the bars.

We operate a strict challenge 25 policy.

Accepted forms of I.D. are valid photo driving licence or passport only.

What time does Southsea Fest start and Finish?

Venues open from 12 noon until 2am. (live bands between 12 noon and 12 midnight)

Wristband collection open from 10am

Can I leave and then come back?

Yes you may leave and re-enter any of the venues that are part of the event however please note all venues are subject to capacity.

Can I bring alcohol?

No alcoholic drinks will be permitted. The venues all have their own bars.

Can I bring food and drink?

Factory sealed water containers are permitted. Any other liquids will not be permitted. Food is not permitted.

Can I bring my dog/guide dog?

Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted, but no other animals are allowed at the venues.

Can I use cards at the event?

Most venues have card facilities.

Can I take a camera?

Yes, just no tri-pods please.
