1.) All festival-goers will require a ticket from an official ticket supplier.
2.) No alcohol can be brought into the event.
3.) Southsea Fest in an 18+ event. Proof of age will be required at the wristband exchange point and at all bars when alcohol is being purchased. We operate a very strict Challenge 25 policy. Persons drinking alcohol may be asked to provide valid I.D. at any time.
4.) Valid forms of ID include valid photo driving licence and passport only.
5.) We reserve the right to refuse admission, re-admission to, or request that you leave the event at any time.
6.) We advise that you arrive in plenty of time at each venue within the event is subject to capacity.
7.) Fair usage policy will apply.
8.) There will be a bag search policy. You may be subject to searching at any time during the event.
9.) The organisers reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised programme which may be rendered necessary by unavoidable cause including acts and headliners who cancel
10.) Registered Guide/assistance dogs are permitted; no other animals are allowed into the event.
11.) Visitors are reminded that they are not to act in a way that is offensive, obscene or derogatory in nature or defamatory of any third party and obey instructions or directions given by the event stewards.
12.) Illegal substances, drugs and/or legal highs and herbal highs will not be tolerated at Southsea Fest. Bag searches will be in operation and if you are found to be in possession or using any such substances you will be evicted from the event and/or be handed over to the police.
13.) Ensure you look into travel arrangements before you buy your tickets. While we make every effort to help and advise on travel options on our website, we cannot give refunds for problems with getting to and from the festival.
14.) If the Festival is cancelled, the organisers & Victorious Festival Ltd shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the Ticket holder, including but not limited to the ticket cost, transportation & accommodation costs or any other losses of any kind.
15.) The Promoter is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event – including damage and losses to property – if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of the other patrons.
16.) The taking of photographs and footage for commercial use is prohibited unless arranged with Southsea Fest organisers. While we allow cameras, tripods and very large lenses are not permitted.
17.) The event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection, should this happen when you attend a show or event, please contact a member of the Event Team.
18.) There will be no refunds. The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost of stolen tickets.
19.) We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
